Returns

Each product in our store is made to order — specifically for you. This helps us reduce overproduction and support a more sustainable consumption model.

Because of this, we do not accept returns due to change of mind, incorrect size, or color choice. Please make sure to review the size chart and product description carefully before placing your order.

Products with defects or damage
If you receive an item with a visible defect, damage, or incorrect print — we will gladly replace it or issue a refund. In such cases:

• Report the issue within 14 days of receiving the package

• Include a photo of the product and a short description of the issue

• Contact us via our email vibee@sinusoidafreedom.org
