1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. These terms and conditions define the rules for placing orders, payments, order fulfillment, shipping, returns, and complaints.

2. Our store offers made-to-order products, which means each item is produced specifically for the customer after the order is placed.

2. SHIPPING

1. All products are made to order.

2. Order processing time:

   • Production: 2–5 business days

   • Shipping: 2–6 business days (depending on destination)

3. We collaborate with European production and logistics centers to ensure fast and efficient delivery to most European countries.

4. Our packaging uses 90–100% recycled materials to minimize environmental impact.

3. RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

1. Because each product is made to order, we do not accept returns due to change of mind, incorrect size, or color.

2. Please review the size chart and product description carefully before placing your order.

3. If you receive a defective or damaged item:

   • Report the issue within 14 days of receiving the package

   • Include a photo and description of the issue

   • Contact us via our contact form or email

4. Each case is handled individually with great care.

4. PAYMENTS

1. All payments are securely processed through PayPal.

2. Available payment methods:

   • PayPal account

   • Credit or Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) via PayPal — no account required

3. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

5. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

1. Customers' personal data is processed in accordance with applicable laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
